During the summer of 2009 the Housing and Redevelopment Authority hosted four home improvement seminars.
If you missed them or would like to view them again, the following links will allow you to

This seminar looks at some of the trends and design solutions that can apply to your
own home, with emphasis on Green and sustainable techniques and materials used in the
remodeling of a kitchen.

This seminar looks at some
of the trends and design solutions that can apply to your own home with emphasis on Green and
sustainable techniques and materials used in the remodeling of a bathroom.
- Stimulus Tax Incentives for Energy
Conservation

This seminar features energy saving tips, including an overview of products ranging from
windows to appliances that are eligible for tax credits.
- Household Water Conservation Inside
and
Outside the Home
This seminar focuses on appliances, fixtures and techniques to save water
and money. Also addressed are techniques such as rain barrels and rain gardens to redirect storm
water runoff from your property for reuse in gardening and irrigation .
