City Council meetings

The City Council generally holds regular meetings in the Bloomington Civic Plaza's Council Chambers on the first and third Mondays of each month, though this schedule is sometimes adjusted to accommodate holidays. Study meetings are held on the fourth or fifth Monday of some months. Occasionally, the Council also holds joint meetings with other organizational groups, special meetings and meetings on property taxes.

Council agendas, synopses, minutes and Webcasts are available via our online calendar. To find these documents, locate a meeting's date on the calendar and use the links posted there.

Search through Council minutes

To search Council minutes, go to the online calendar and, if necessary, select "City Council" on the left-side menu. Then, click on the "SEARCH Minutes" link at the top left of the page.
