Zoning ordinance update

As part of the 2011 Planning Work Plan and the Zoning Ordinance Update Project, staff has prepared an ordinance to comprehensively update platting and subdivision regulations. The updates are intended to reduce review and approval time for minor plats, improve consistency with State Law and replace outdated provisions. Specifically, the updates modify standards, definitions, review and approval processes, variance standards and processes, park dedication provisions and plat classifications for subdivisions and plats.
