Bloomington Human Services improves the lives of residents by identifying needs and resources. We provide services that are accessible to youth, families, multi-cultural communities, active aging adults and people with disabilities.

Mission... To ensure human services needs are met through involving our community.

Vision... Act as a catalyst to enhance the quality of life and services for Bloomington residents through partnerships, advocacy and resources.

Our goals... to ensure access to all City human services and programs through a visible multi-service system; to change and adapt programs as community needs evolve; and to develop a dependable, effective partnership with other City divisions.
