Get your free cell phone

A free cell phone for calling 911 only are available to adults 55 and older or individuals with a disability. Call Human Services at 952-563-4944 V/TTY to make a 30-minute appointment and receive a cell phone with charger.

Donate your old cell phone

Donated cell phones with wall chargers are also needed and may be dropped off at Creekside Community Center, 9801 Penn Ave. S. Donated phones must have been purchased within the last 5 years.
