City of Bloomington Transportation Service

Human Services operates a service for transportation within Bloomington city limits only. Trips are available Monday - Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Primary service is to and from Creekside Community Center. Other personal trips such as medical appointments, grocery shopping, employment, etc. may be scheduled based on availability.

A driver and passenger.

Leave the driving to us.

Eligible riders

Older adults.
Others based on space availability.
Individuals that are approved to use Metro Mobility are not eligible to use the City of Bloomington Transportation Services.

Fees

Adults: $3.55 each way (2011 rate).
Youth (6-17): $1.50 each way.
Youth summer: $1 each way.
Children 5 and under: Free.

Scheduling

Call one day (by noon) to one week in advance of trip.

Service

Group route, door to door service.
Wheelchair lift-equipped.
Connects with BE LINE and Metro Transit.
