About the Farmers
Market
The Bloomington Farmers Market is a weekly gathering in which farmers, growers and producers
sell their own products directly to the public, allowing consumers to have a direct
relationship with the producer of the items they purchase. The market emphasizes quality and
freshness.
The market features a great variety of locally grown produce as well as honey, maple syrup,
baked goods, cut flowers, dried fruit & nuts, coffee, kettle corn, smoothies, strawberries,
unique art and live music! New this year will be farm fresh eggs, naturally grown chicken, beef
and pork, gourmet pickles, strudels, and a variety of heirloom vegetables.
