Clinic services

Clinic services are offered at the Bloomington Public Health Center and other locations.

• Screening and clinic schedule
• Immunization clinics
  Low cost child and adult immunizations.
• Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program
  Nutrition education and food vouchers for low-income pregnant and breast feeding women, infants and children to age five.
• Sage Screening Program
  Free breast and pelvic exams at the Sage Women's Clinic in the Southdale Medical Buildling available to women meeting age and financial requirements.
• Health Risk Assessment Clinic
  Cholesterol, lipid profile or blood chemistry profile, with a follow-up educational session by a registered dietitian.
• Infectious disease services
  Information and advice provided by telephone and personal visits.
• Senior Health: Public Health Nurse (Talk to a Nurse) Clinic
  Meet individually with a public health nurse to discuss health related topics.
