The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) of the City of Bloomington, Minnesota (the City) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008 is hereby submitted. The purpose of this report is to provide the Mayor, City Council, City staff, citizens, bondholders, and other interested parties with useful information concerning the City’s operations and financial position.

The City's 2008 report includes detailed notes and financial schedules for both of the City's component units: Port Authority and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
