Jersey Road and 113th Street Improvement Project
What is the scope of this project?A public improvement project is being proposed that will include street and utility construction to accommodate the 40 lot subdivision of Hidden Bluffs in Bloomington. This project will include new storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main installation for this subdivision, along with new street construction of Jersey Road, Jersey Circle and W 113th Street.
How is the project funded?The costs of this project will be provided by the private developer of the Hidden Bluffs subdivision. What is the project schedule?The City plans on constructing these new utilities and street segments after the private developer has finished grading the site in late June 2011. Construction and restoration is projected to be complete by late fall 2011.
