report was produced in the spring of 2011.
Sustainable report
As part of the City’s ongoing efforts to be more sustainable, the 2010 Utilities Annual Report is being distributed in an entirely electronic format. Now in its 44th installment, the Utilities Annual Report has morphed into an electronic document complete with popup links and links to the City's YouTube Channel videos. Utilizing previously recorded video clips and the layout expertise from the City’s Graphics Team, the report highlights the activities of the Utilities Division for 2010 in a fun and interactive way.
