The City of Bloomington is committed to making this Web site accessible to all users, regardless of disabilities and other special needs.

The City strives to comply with the following accessibility standards for Web content:

PDF files and accessibility

Meeting minutes, forms, handouts and other documents are in PDF format. This format provides the viewer with the original document's layout and content. PDF files can be viewed using a wide variety of computer systems and platforms. For general information about PDF files, click here.

When presenting information in a PDF file, we attempt to:

Clearly identify the document as a PDF file, offer information about its content and provide a link to the software needed to open the file.
Post text-based, searchable PDF documents. This is not always possible when presenting images in PDF format or information in languages other than English.
