Sod and tree installation is complete. Punch list work remains.

East 88th Street from Park Avenue to 14th Avenue
Paving of bituminous driveways is complete. Sod and tree installation is anticipated to
complete by the end of the day Friday, October 7.

3rd Avenue area
3rd Avenue from East 91st Street to East 92nd Street
Paving of bituminous driveways is complete. Sod and tree installation has started and is
anticipated to complete early the week of October 10.

Morris Avenue area
Morris Avenue from West 85th Street to 90' north of Morris
Circle
Sod/seed and tree installation is complete. Punch list work remains.

Concrete work is complete. Paving of bituminous driveways is scheduled for the week
of October 3. Boulevard restoration has started and will continue the week of October
3. Sod and tree installation is scheduled for the week of October 3.

Concrete work is complete. Paving of bituminous driveways is scheduled for the week of
October 3. Boulevard restoration has started and will continue the week of October 3.

Morris Avenue from West 85th Street to 90' north of Morris
Circle
Hydrant relocation is complete. Concrete work is complete. Boulevard restoration has
started and will continue the week of October 3. Sod and tree installation is scheduled
for the week of October 3.

East 88th Street from Park Avenue to 14th Avenue
Tree removal is complete in the area. Concrete work has started in the area and will
complete the week of September 26. Paving of bituminous driveways is scheduled for the
week of September 26 with boulevard restoration to follow. Tree installation is
anticipated to begin late in the week of September 26 or the week of October 3.

3rd Avenue from East 91st Street to East 92nd Street
Grading for sidewalk installation is complete. Concrete work has started in the area
and will continue the week of September 26. Paving of bituminous driveways is scheduled
for late in the week of September 26 or the week of October 3 with boulevard
restoration to follow. Tree installation is anticipated to begin late in the week of
September 26 or the week of October 3.

Morris Avenue area
Morris Avenue from West 85th Street to 90' north of Morris
Circle
Grading for sidewalk installation has started and will complete the week of September
26. Hydrant relocation at the corner of W 85th St/Morris Avenue is anticipated to
complete by the end of the day Friday, September 23 in preparation for sidewalk
installation. Concrete work is scheduled for the week of September 26. Boulevard
restoration and tree installation is anticipated to occur the week of October 3.

A pre construction conference was held on Wednesday, September 7.

East 88th Street from Park Avenue to 14th Avenue
Tree removal has started in the area and will complete the week of September 19. The
contractor has started removals, excavation and grading for sidewalk installation and
will continue the week of September 19. Concrete work is scheduled to begin the week of
September 19.

3rd Avenue from East 91st Street to East 92nd Street
Tree removal in the area is complete. The contractor anticipates beginning removals,
excavation and grading for sidewalk installation late in the week of September 19.

Morris Avenue area
Morris Avenue from West 85th Street to 90' north of Morris
Circle
Tree removal in the area is complete.

contractor plans to begin removals, sidewalk excavation and concrete installation in
this area the week of September 12.

Construction is anticipated to begin in early-mid September.
August 19, 2011
The contract was awarded at the regular council meeting on Monday, August 15. Construction
is anticipated to begin in early-mid September.
August 12, 2011
The bid opening for this project was held Tuesday, August 9 and is proposed for Award of
Contract at the next regular Council meeting on Monday, August 15.
